What photography camera gear do you have?

Canon R8
Canon 35mm SLR’s film cameras

Too many lenses to note down ha!
-
What video cameras do you use?
My main camera is a Canon C300 Mark III - my workhorse that produces absolutely stunning cinema quality footage.
I also have a Canon C70 for recording speeches, and one of the new lovely drones for exceptional aerial footage where appropriate.
Lots of other various sound and camera equipment in my arsenal - if you want to chat kit in more detail we can!
-
Where do you live?
I am based in the lovely town of Chester, which is near Liverpool and the border of North Wales. I travel literally anywhere - sometimes I just need to charge a little amount towards my travel and stay which is assessed when I speak to you.
I have shot abroad a few times but most of my work is in the UK.
However I do love to travel!
-
What do you charge?
I used to offer “packages” with pre defined costings.
However over the years I have found that creating bespoke offerings for each individual couple serves people better, so I tend to provide information on what I need to charge after we have spoken in more detail.
It’s worth noting at this early stage, my price points do start at £2800 and £3700 for photography and wedding films respectively.

What is your approach on the day?
Honestly, I like to capture candid real moments and be chill so that you guys are too and can enjoy your day. Even though I’m thinking of a hundred different things and my heart is pounding, I stay relaxed on the day as the last thing I want to do is cause you any stress.
I have also been told I am pretty fun to have around and blend in like a guest!
I do love to use moments where there are opportunities for amazing shots of you both to grab some curated editorial style shots, but only if you want to!

What is your turnaround time roughly?
I dont like to be too prescriptive here, but generally I deliver photos back to you within the month, however wedding videos take around 2-3 months, there is just so much creative effort that goes into a wedding film that it can’t be (or should not be) rushed.
Both photography and video packages have a teaser collection within a week of your wedding day, to get you excited for the rest!
